At Headlock we make bringing forth original creations our mission.
Producing original software involves pursuing fun, which is the starting point of entertainment, rather than simply tweaking existing software. The talent and effort of creators are even more indispensable in coming up with and achieving new ways of having fun.
It is becoming increasingly difficult to come up with techniques to adequately inspire creators under conventional business models. As a result, we believe that it is our responsibility to create an environment that draws out the full creative powers of creators.
Cooperation between investors, managers and employees to realize total creative potential is the best way to improve customer satisfaction, which, in turn, is sure to bring about business success, bringing satisfaction to all parties concerned.
We make it our goal and our mission to produce this cycle. As a company, we believe that continual expansion is necessary for survival. By continuing to expand, we will draw in staff members with a variety of abilities and skills, creating an organization of employees with a good balance of age groups. And, by creating a place where various kinds of employees flourish, the company functions well as an organization.

When an organization functions well, the company can respond to the hopes of its employees. Designers act as planners, network engineers get involved in marketing, and employees are able to flourish beyond their occupation.

The expansion of such an organization increases the overall strength of the company, making it possible for us to continue with our mission of bringing you “original creations”.
You can be sure we will continue rising to the challenge of bringing new joy to online gaming.
